Answer: Send Inquiry to Noke. → Specification Confirmation → Quotation → Sample List Confirm → Proforma Invoice → Payment Bank Slip → Sample Delivery → Sample Satisfactory → Bulk Order List → Proforma Invoice → 30% Deposit Payment in Advance → Production Ready → 70% Balance bank slip → Delivery → After Sale Service
2. What is the warranty?
Answer: 3~5 years warranty is offered depending on different types of lights. If the item fails due to the quality problem during warranty, we can send a new replacement with freight on ours immediately if urgently. Or we prefer to send the replacement with next order.
3. What is the payment term?
Answer: For sample order, we can accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk order, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping. For very big order, L/C is negotiable
4. Can I add my logo on the product label?
Answer: Yes, but order quantity is requested depending on different lights.
5. I don't know how many Led Flood Light should I use, can you advise?
Answer: Yes, we can offer our professional solution for you.
6. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
Answer: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Answer: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
8. How to proceed an order for led light?
Answer: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for the formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
9. How to deal with the faulty?
Answer: Firstly, Our products are produced in the strict quality control system and the defective rate < 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with a new order for a small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will send out a new replacement to you immediately for you to solve the problem.
