Product Structure:

1. High-efficiency monocrystalline silicon:

Solar panel, the surface is covered with high-transmission tempered glass. More light absorption, high conversion efficiency. After being fully charged, it can last for 3 rainy days.

2. High efficiency:

Use 3030 LED light source with high light efficiency and low light decay. With high light transmission, UV-resistant PC lens. Lighting efficiency ≥140lm/w.

3. Housing

The lamp housing is made of die-cast aluminum, which has a beautiful appearance and good mechanical strength. All fasteners pieces are made of stainless steel.

4. Operating mode

Light control + induction: Integrated design of switches and sensors. Use the remote control switch for the first time

5. Installation

The luminaire is equipped with die-cast aluminum mounting joints, which are sturdy and durable. It can be installed horizontally and vertically, and the installation angle is adjustable from 0° to 180 °.

The rotating part is locked by a screw. The lamp can be equipped with a tube below φ60mm.

Product Description

Solar street lights consist of 4 main parts:
Solar Panel:
The solar panel is one of the most important parts of solar street lights, as the solar panel will convert solar energy into electricity. There are 2 types of solar panels: monocrystalline and poly-crystalline. The conversion rate of the mono-crystalline solar panel is much higher than poly-crystalline.
Lighting Fixture:
LED is usually used as a lighting source of the modern solar street light, as the LED will provide much higher Lumens with lower energy consumption. The energy consumption of the LED fixture is at least 50% lower than the HPS fixture which is widely used as a lighting source in Traditional street lights. LEDs' lack of warm-up time also allows for use of motion detectors for additional efficiency gains.
Rechargeable Battery
The battery will store the electricity from the solar panel during the day and provide energy to the fixture at night. The life cycle of the battery is very important to the lifetime of the light and the capacity of the battery will affect the backup days of the lights. There are usually 2 types of batteries: Gel Cell Deep Cycle Battery and Lead Acid Battery and many more.
Controller
The controller is also very important for the solar street lights. A controller will usually decide to switch on /off charging and lighting. Some modern controllers are programmable so that the user can decide the appropriate chance of charging, lighting, and dimming.
